The Tenant Acquisitions Manager, is responsible for building and sustaining a vibrant tenant community aligned with the district’s vision and objectives. This role involves identifying and securing tenants who contribute to JAX as a dynamic creative and cultural hub. By identifying and strategically attracting complementary tenants, overseeing the tenant selection process, managing lease agreements, the Manager helps cultivate an environment where artists, creative organizations, and businesses can thrive.

ABOUT JAX DISTRICT

JAX District is a dynamic cultural and creative hub in Diriyah, Riyadh, home to artists, galleries, and innovative programs that inspire local and international audiences. As part of Diriyah Biennale Foundation, JAX hosts a diverse range of exhibitions, festivals, and community events that highlight the Kingdom’s vibrant cultural scene and creative talent.
We are on a mission to make JAX a place of connection, creativity, and meaningful engagement with the community—and we are looking for a passionate Community Manager to help make that happen.

ROLE SUMMARY

As the Community Manager, you will be the face and voice of JAX District within the creative and local community. You’ll build relationships, coordinate events, and manage communication with stakeholders and visitors. Your job is to make JAX feel welcoming, engaging, and inclusive—online and on the ground.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, artists, and the wider community.
  • Plan and support community events, workshops, and cultural programs.
  • Engage with visitors through email, social media, and in-person events.
  • Maintain relationships with partners, collaborators, and stakeholders.
  • Collect feedback and insights to improve community offerings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure community needs are addressed.
  • Maintain a calendar of community events and contribute to communication materials.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–4 years of experience in community engagement, public programming, or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Experience working in arts, culture, or event management is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with community management tools, CRMs, or event platforms is a plus.
